Refund & Return Policy 

At Kanso Sports we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame:You can return an item within 30 days from the date you received it.

Condition of Item:Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. The product should be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Non-Returnable Items:Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Gift cards

2. Return Process

Step 1:Contact our customer support at support@kansosports.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2:Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back the item.

Step 3:Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided return label.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return.
• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Partial refunds may be granted in cases where the product is not in its original condition or is missing parts. 

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or item, we offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Contact customer support to initiate an exchange.

If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead. 

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@kansosports.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

6. Return Shipping

Misuse of returns: If we find a pattern of misuse of orders and returns for single customers, new orders will be declined.
