Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return or exchange is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange through the returns portal will not be accepted.

For approved refund returns, a $10 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund.

For approved exchanges, we offer free exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods, sale items, and gift cards.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less the $10 return shipping label fee. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
